Pictorial - Coors Beer Navajo Weaving : JoAnne Begay : 3254
Coors beer was only sold in 10 states on the west coast originally, and wasn't shipped nationwide until the mid-80s. Navajo Pictorial weavings often feature things seen in everyday Navajo life. In this case, a semi-trailer carrying that iconic beer would undoubtedly be seen travelling across the reservation.
This miniature weaving by JoAnne Begay of the Sweet Water area measures 2' x 16" and would look great in any man-cave. It's superbly woven and features the beautiful Arizona sky and the four sacred mountains behind a herd of cattle.
|Size||2′ x 1’4″ (.609M x .40M)|
