Steve picked up this gorgeous piece on his way to Ceremonial to be judged with all of the others. Lucie used all natural dyes: Indigo Blue, Cochineal Red, and Rabbit Brush Yellow to create this Masterpiece woven with Native Churro wool.

The judges were very pleased with this piece and awarded it 1st Place at the 2016 Gallup Inter-tribal Ceremonial! This beauty is a one-of-a-kind piece of history that will last many lifetimes. We'd love to tell you more about it! 

This 3rd Phase variant is taken from a blanket that belonged to a Plains Indian, who would have acquired it through trade.
