Two Grey Hills / Crystal Navajo Weaving : Historic : GHT 2008

Here's another weaving which would be perfect for a coffee shop. Look at the rich browns, cream, carmel, and light brown (black coffee, latte, machiatto, milk and coffee).

This is a simple and simply gorgeous historic piece.  Woven circa 1910,the gray/brown background was created using a churro wool and mohair wool blend.  The right brown and white areas were made using native Churro wool.  It is currently in the Timeless Treasures of Two Grey Hills Catalog and exhibit.

There are many "lazy lines" or sectional lines in this piece, but they have been so well woven that they are nearly invisible, which in itself demonstrates the great skill and talent of the one who brought it to life.
