Storm Pattern Navajo Weaving : Historic : GHT 2025

You don't always need a lot of design to make a stunning impression.  In this historic piece from the early 1900s we have an exceptional Storm pattern weaving.

This piece has a gorgeous natural gray/brown wool background, surrounded on all sides by a cream stepped border and a deep, rich brown solid edging border.  The same color brown is used for the design outline and the "lightning" zig-zags which connect the outer shapes to the central square.  Two thin red arrows fly from the center of the design and tan and white diamonds anchor the top and bottom.

This piece has all the elements for a classic Navajo weaving.  It's in excellent condition and would be a great piece to add to your home or office.
