Crystal Navajo Weaving : Historic : GHT 1939

This is a handsome example of a weaving from the Crystal Trading Post region of the Navajo Reservation.  With the exception of the vibrant orange and red dyes, this piece was woven using gorgeous naturally colored wool.  The artist who carded and spun this wool blended the colors expertly.  This is a remarkable piece of art!
