Two Grey Hills Navajo Weaving : Anna Chee : 1349

Two Grey Hills was the first design to be attributed to a specific location. The Two Grey Hills Trading Post has operated in isolation for over 90 years and is far off the tourists path in an unmarked building. The Toadlena trading post was nearby and the owners worked together with the local weavers.

The beautiful Two Hills design is made using all natural wool from Navajo Churro sheep - gray, black, brown, cream. Hand-carded and tightly hand spun wool command the highest prices as their quality is superior. This particular weaving is recognized all over the world as one of the finest in Navajo weaving.

The colors are so rich and warm, you just want to wrap it around you... or bring that warmth to your room by hanging it in your home.
