Teec Nos Pos : Historic : GHT 2262

Take a look at this handsome Teec Nos Pos from the 1920s.  

Though it doesn't have a traditional Teec Nos Pos border it does have many Teec elements.  The four sided border  was encouraged by Navajo traders as a design choice to be marketed to the eastern market.

Hand carded, hand spun and hand dyed with aniline red dye.  This Navajo rug was woven with Lincoln Wool.
