Learn more about the Two Grey Hills style of weaving

Another treasure from Phoebe Hearst Cooke's collection, this Two Grey Hills weaving features black and grays as the predominate colors with accents in brown.

Did you know that natural black is from the first shearing of lambs less than a year old. That's when the wool is at it's blackest color. As the lamb/sheep gets older, the wool turns lighter and lighter in color.

Woven by a gifted and skilled artisan, this weaving measures 25" x 38" and was brought to life in the 1980s.

A unique blend of history, Native American culture and storytelling make these weavings an art like no other.

To be showcased on your walls or grace your floors, this functional heirloom is one-of-a-kind piece of history that took 100's of hours to create and will last many lifetimes. We'd love to tell you more about it!
