About this weaving
This historic Crystal Transitional weaving, woven from natural Native Churro wool, features an abstract Hero Twin Emergence design that influenced modern artists. The weaver skillfully used natural black wool for the central motif and blended brown and grey wools for the luminous background. Over a century old and in excellent condition, this one-of-a-kind piece was featured in the Timeless Treasures of Two Grey Hills exhibition catalog.
