About this weaving
This exceptional 64" x 90" "4 in 1" rug was woven by four sisters from the Four Corners area, each panel showcasing a different style: two pictorials, one Red Mesa, and one Teec Nos Pos. The shared materials and natural dyes reveal their collaborative spirit. Documented provenance through the Graden Mercantile Company connects it to R.E. Sloan (1886-1948). A truly one-of-a-kind textile celebrating family collaboration and artistic innovation.
