Crystal / Storm Pattern Navajo Weaving : Historic : GHT 624

This BEAST of a weaving was made in the 1930s and is excellent in color, condition, quality, and attitude!

Stylized squash gray squash blossoms hold tightly to the four bolts of lightning which move to and from the central design.  All of the zigs and sags in this piece give off so much energy.  The intertwined border spins around itself into a rope of controlled chaos.  If you can sense the energy from this piece, just imagine how it would fill the room it was in.

Wow, the bold energy from this piece is incredible!  This piece would look amazing on the floor or on a wall, it would be handsome as a pool table cover, and would fill the room as a bed cover.

It's been said by Navajo weavers, "If you like a piece it's not because you like it, it's because IT has chosen you."
